City of Melville Inspired Infill Masterclass

With increasing pressures to subdivide the traditional quarter acre block and meet the infill targets for Perth, the Forever Project have taken on the challenge to support and showcase development alternatives to the standard styles currently rolled out in Perth. Chris and his team will illustrate how you can meet your investment objectives whilst creating high quality medium density dwellings that meet social and environmental standards.

Attendees, who are City of Melville residents, will be provided with an aerial image of their property (if you reside outside the City you are welcome to attend and will need to provide these images yourself via Google Earth) will receive specialist and customised advice to assist in planning for their next sustainable development project. Topics include effective infill planning, eco design, models for sustainable infill, landscaping for tight infill spaces, building for maximum eco efficiency, and sustainable and recycled products for building.

9.30am registration for 10am start.
